ORDERS

Once your initial order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your purchase details.

 

DELIVERY

If your ordered item is in stock, your package shall be dispatched and shipped to you within 2-3 days, depending on the shipping destination. 

 

Your purchase order e-mail will include the estimated delivery date of your purchase and processing details.​​​

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS​

Returns

​

We accept returns sent back within 14 days after order delivery.

​

For a return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To approve your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds are processed within a minimum of 7 business days.

Exchanges

​

Items that were delivered to you in a damaged state will be exchanged to you immediately, free of charge.

​

Items under the same price may be exchanged with no additional shipping costs.
